Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using S60, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and S60 Ltd, a company registered in Ireland.
2. The service
S60 provides agency profitability intelligence software. We connect to your time-tracking and accounting tools, calculate delivery margins, and surface weekly AI-generated insights. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per agency — you may add team members under your subscription according to your plan limits.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use S60 to: violate any applicable law; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; resell or sublicense access to the service; or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data.
5. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. All prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
6. Your data
You own your data. By using S60, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your agency data for any other purpose. See our

7. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
S60 provides financial intelligence as decision support, not as professional financial or legal advice. We are not liable for any business decision made based on outputs from the service. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
